Lesson 1: Trust
The First Key
In this first lesson on Building our Relationships, Sr. Miriam outlines the skill of trust and how it is one key (along with surrender and hope) in building a successful relationship with God and others.
Lesson 2: Surrender
The Second Key
In this second lesson on Building our Relationships, Sr. Miriam overviews the skill of surrender and why it is an essential step in growing our relationship with God and others.
Lesson 3: Hope
The Third Key
In this last lesson in the course on building relationships, Sr. Miriam discusses the skill of hope. She reminds us that trust, applied to God, is a form of hope. So, trust is reliance; surrender is vulnerability; and hope, is to entrust oneself – to God, ultimately.
Meet Your Teacher: Sister Miriam
Sr. Miriam is a former Division I athlete who had a radical conversion and joined the Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity (SOLT) in 1998. Her story has been featured on EWTN’s The Journey Home, at the SEEK Conference, the USCCB Convocation, Relevant Radio and other outlets.
She holds a master’s degree in theology from the Augustine Institute and speaks regularly on the topics of conversion, authentic love, forgiveness, healing (and sports!). Sr. Miriam’s podcast, Abiding Together, can be found on iTunes and her book, Loved As I Am, can be found on Amazon.

Who is this for?
This course is for any women aged 18+. If you are looking to build relationship with God and others, this course is for you!
How long is this course?
The course is 3 lessons long and each lesson is around 8 minutes long. Each lesson also includes a summary and reflection questions. We recommend spending 30-45 mins on each lesson.
What will happen after I purchase?
